Food fascinates me, big picture and day-to-day, because every bite shapes how we feel, function, and show up in the world. My goal? Spark that same curiosity in you so you can tune in, spot what’s working (and what’s not), and use your fuel to create lasting change.
I started Blueprint Holistic Wellness after going through my own journey with burnout and adrenal fatigue, at a time when my doctor told me everything ‘looked fine’, even though I KNEW something was really wrong. I felt dismissed and unseen, and I promised myself I’d help others feel something different: fully and completely supported.
Now, I’m doing what I love, offering down-to-earth nutrition and lifestyle support for real life. I’m here to help you reconnect with your body and feel truly at home in it again.

Nope! You don’t need a referral, and I don’t require a diagnosis. If you’re not feeling your best and are curious about how nutrition might help, that’s more than enough.
Prior to our call, I will review your mandatory intake forms to get a clear picture of where we are starting. During the consult, we’ll spend an hour chatting about what’s been going on in your body and your life. I’ll ask gentle questions to get the full picture, and together we’ll come up with a plan that feels supportive and doable.
Instead of strict meal plans, I offer flexible, food-based suggestions that align with your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. It’s more about building habits that last, rather than following a rigid plan.
It depends on your provider. Some extended health benefits cover services from Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultants. I would suggest checking with your provider to see what’s included.
I get that. It’s frustrating and a little bit scary to try something new, again… What I offer isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s collaborative, thoughtful, and rooted in what feels good for you. We’ll take it slow, check in often, and make sure everything feels aligned.
