Iām a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, certified in Advanced Pediatric Nutrition, and the founder of Blueprint Holistic Wellness.
My path here wasn't straight. At 25, I was a CPA solving financial puzzles. At 42, following a decade at home with my kids and a divorce, I chose to trade corporate ledgers for human physiology - but I brought my analytical mind with me.
That "CPA brain" combined with motherhood gave me a unique lens. I don't just see nutrients - I see a logistics puzzle. I understand managing a household, training schedules, and the weight of expectations we carry for ourselves and our kids.
Food fascinates me, big picture and day-to-day, because every bite shapes how we feel, function, and show up in the world. My goal? Spark that same curiosity in you so you can tune in, spot whatās working (and whatās not), and use your fuel to create lasting change.
I started Blueprint Holistic Wellness after going through my own journey with burnout and adrenal fatigue. My doctor told me everything ālooked fineā, even though I KNEW something was wrong. That's when I learned to dig for root causes, not just surface symptoms. I promised myself Iād help others feel fully and completely supported.
Now, Iām doing what I love, offering down-to-earth nutrition and lifestyle support for real life. Whether you're reclaiming your own energy or helping your teen navigate hormonal and academic pressures, Iām here to help you reconnect with your body and feel truly at home in it again.

It depends on your provider. Some extended health benefits cover services from Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultants. I would suggest checking with your provider to see whatās included.
