Hi, I’m Reagan

I’m a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and founder of Blueprint Holistic Wellness. After a career as a CPA and a personal journey through a "fine" medical diagnosis that felt anything but, I traded spreadsheets for root causes.

I work with women and teen athletes at the intersection of performance nutrition and body literacy—because feeling good isn't about "fixing" ourselves. It’s about learning to listen to the wisdom your body already has. As a single mom to two athletes, I’ve learned to fuel through challenge rather than push past it. Let’s stop guessing and start listening.
