I’m Reagan—a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, specialist in Advanced Pediatric Nutrition, and the founder of Blueprint Holistic Wellness.

The Analyst: From Ledgers to Logistics

My path here wasn’t a straight line. At 25, I was a CPA—a professional liaison troubleshooting technical systems and translating complex standards into clear resources. I spent my early career ensuring that financial foundations were sustainable and built to hold under pressure.

I then spent over a decade at home raising my children. It was during those years—around 2016—that my own internal system began to fail. While managing a household and raising young kids, I was hitting a wall of burnout and adrenal fatigue. Despite knowing at a cellular level that something was wrong, the clinical answer remained: “Everything looks fine.”

That disconnect led me through a divorce and a total career pivot. At 42, I chose to follow a nudge towards understanding human physiology—but I brought my analytical mind with me. I realized I didn’t need to "fix" myself from the outside in; I needed to start listening to my body and learn how to support it, so it could continue to support me.

The Practitioner: Real Support for Real Life

That "CPA brain" combined with motherhood gives me a unique lens. I don’t just see nutrients; I see a logistics puzzle. I understand the weight of managing a household, the chaos of training schedules, and the pressure we carry for ourselves and our kids.
